Tower Insurance customers in the Western Division have access to the company’s digital insurance kiosk now available at the Asco Motors office in Lautoka.
While launching the new digital platform yesterday, Tower Pacific managing director Paula ter Brake said the initiative would make insurance easier and more accessible for their customers.
“When you work hard to purchase an asset like a vehicle you want to make sure that its insured from the moment you get the keys, our Asco dealership digital insurance kiosks mean you can purchase insurance right away before you drive your car off the lot,” she said.
Tower digital distribution head Veilawa Rereiwasaliwa said the second kiosk in the West was the latest in a raft of initiatives Tower had unveiled with the aim to make insurance as easily accessible for Fijians.
“Tower launched My Tower Fiji earlier in May,” he said.
“This is the first insurance platform in the Pacific that will allow people to pay their insurance premiums, lodge a claim, get a quote, update their personal details, purchase a policy and now view their motor vehicle, house and contents policies, all in one simple online portal.
“Our digital insurance kiosks mirror the launch of the My Tower Fiji by continuing to place the tools our customers need to access insurance right where they need them in a way that makes their lives simpler and easier.”
Asco Motors sales manager Subhas Chandra said after feedback from the first digital insurance kiosk, they were pleased to offer the same service to customers in the West.
