IHG thanks loyal customers

Three local IHG Hotels & Resorts properties hosted Suva-based partners and customers at an appreciation event at Grand Pacific Hotel, Suva as part of IHG’s Global Customer Appreciation Week.

IHG Area General – South Pacific Lachlan Walker said, “This is a very important event for us as we celebrate our customers for their trust in doing business with us and their loyalty towards our hotels. The theme for this year’s Global Customer Appreciation Week is Think Globally, Act Locally, and we’re on a journey to further contribute towards positive social and economic change in Fiji. You will see this coming to life as we launch new initiatives to use more local vendors and suppliers towards our IHG Business Events and more.”

The Sales and Marketing teams of InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa, Grand Pacific Hotel, and Holiday Inn Suva also participated in appreciation calls for their Suva clients and in-person visits, accompanied by appreciation boxes of baked delights.

InterContinental Fiji will host a similar event in late January 2023, hosting IHG Fiji’s Western-based partners and customers to thank them for their ongoing support.
