“We have teams coming as far as from Taveuni, Savusavu, Yasawa, Mamanuca and those in Viti Levu.
“This shows the popularity of the event which all hotel workers around the country look forward to.”
Stark said the games committee wanted all participants to enjoy the day with a lot a lot activities being planned.
“I have been running this tournament since it first started and its fulfilling to see all hotel workers in Fiji meet and create new friendship,” he said.
“The event will begin with a march through from Sigatoka Town to Lawaqa Park and will finish off with a ‘mardi grass’ at the ground.
“We wish to invite everyone to come and join us in this fun-filled event,” he added.
Last year the tournament was held in Savusavu and this year it was supposed to be held in Kadavu, however this had to changed because of Severe Tropical Cyclone Winston.
