Undefeated in the Skipper Cup this season and having defeated Nadroga in round four of the competition, the Naitasiri team is anticipating a tough clash against Nadroga for the INKK Farebrother Sullivan Trophy this Saturday at Lawaqa Park.

According to manager Ratu Sikeli Bulivecena, the side is aware that beating Nadroga at home would be a very difficult challenge.

“Our training is on track and luckily we have no injuries in the squad, so the boys are fully focused on the big task ahead on Saturday,” he said.

Bulivecena said they had high hopes to take the trophy away from Nadroga.

“We respect Nadroga as a champion team and it will be very hard to take it out from them because they will try their best to keep the trophy.

“We are fine tuning all our weakness and working on to minimise our mistakes so that we do not concede too many penalties.”

He added the ‘Hillmen’ would hope to continue with their form as was shown during the Skipper Cup competition.

Nadroga coach Etonia Naba said they need to bring out their top game in order to defeat Naitasiri.

Nadroga, in their first defence of the Farebrother Sullivan Trophy, beat Namosi by 23-15 last weekend.

The match kicks-off of at 3pm.
