Heavy rain and strong winds are being experienced in Navua from this morning.

This has led to flash flooding in a few areas.

A heavy rain warning is in force for the western half of Viti Levu, Yasawa and Mamanuca group, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands and the Southern Lau Group.

The Fiji Meteorological Office has attributed this rain spell to severe tropical cyclone Harold that will move closer to the South-West of the Fiji group by tomorrow evening.

TC Harold is moving East at 13km/hr.
