Harry and Meghan Fiji visit: Albert Park, venue for traditional welcome ceremony

SUVA’S Albert Park is the place to be this afternoon where The Duke and Duchess of Sussex Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be traditionally welcomed.

The couple will be greeted by a Guard of Honour when they arrive at the Nausori International Airport at 4.30pm.

They will proceed to Borron House after which the welcome ceremony takes place at Albert Park.

Strong winds and rain have been experienced in the capital this morning, however, tents have been put up at the park.

A State dinner will be held at the Grand Pacific Hotel after the welcome ceremony.
