The Nasikawa Vision College girls rugby league teams are looking for a clean sweep of the Weetbix Raluve Rugby League competition after their univer-18 side romped over Navosa Central College 26-0 last week.

The win at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka, last week has the school in high spirits.

“It was a good competition our girls really performed well,” said principal, Mahazabeen Khan.

“Our girls are also known as the western champions in rugby league, and we have proven it in every match we play.

“We don’t have any outside coach, it’s just the teachers that are training them, and they are fit and ready to take part in next week’s competition.

“We would like to thank the teachers and parents for their support, and we are hoping for a really good performance from the girls this year.”
