THE Pacific has only managed to access just over USD$1 billion in grants, USD$74 million in loans and about USD$3.6 billion in co-financing from the Global Environment Facility from when the GEF was established in 1992.

THE Anti-Corruption Division of the High Court at Suva has ordered Opposition MP Simione Rasova pay $3000 in costs for “a deliberate attempt to delay his trial” when he applied for Justice Dr Thushara Kumarage to recuse himself from hearing the case. His application was refused and dismissed.
