Pacific Mini Games
FIJI is among the six countries to arrive at the 2022 Pacific Mini Games last Saturday and Sunday, Pacific News Services reported. The Pacific Mini Games will be held at Saipan in the Northern Mariana Islands. The games start on June 17 while the closing ceremony is scheduled for June 25.

7s rugby
THE people of Gau in the Lomaiviti Group are planning a 7s rugby tournament next month to coincide with the Golden Jubilee celebrations of Gau Secondary School. Proceeds from the tournament which will include volleyball and netball, will be used to help maintain the 50-year-old educational institution. Tournament co-ordinator Waisea Mataitoga said the event would help bring back rugby players from Gau who were on Viti Levu and those around the globe.
