THE case against a company involved in a controversial development on Malolo Island was adjourned for the second time in two months this week.

Freesoul Real Estate Development Fiji PTE Limited is charged with one count of undertaking an unauthorised development.

The case was listed to be heard at the Nadi Magistrates Court on Monday this week.

However, the case was adjourned to August 30 because the Magistrate was not present to hear proceedings.

This is the second time the case has been adjourned in two months after the Magistrate was not present to hear the case on May 24.
