MINISTRY of iTaukei Affairs permanent secretary Meleti Bainimarama opened the Institute of Valuation and Estate Management of Fiji’s 10th Annual Conference in Nadi this morning.

“With the theme ‘Evolving Property Dynamics for the Future’ – Land Governance Framework, Innovation and Technology, Intangible Rights and Real Estate Economy, this forum will provide an avenue for land and property professionals to deliberate on the best possible direction to move the sector to a challenging future ahead,” Mr Bainimarama said.

He said he hoped all the stakeholders would put their hands together with the institute and take ownership and a lead role in taking the industry forward.

About 60 people are participating in the two-day conference at the Pullman Nadi Bay Resort.

It ends tomorrow.
