Former FHL CEO fronts court, charged with indecent assault

FORMER Fijian Holdings Limited CEO Nouzab Fareed was produced at the Suva Magistrates Court this afternoon.

Mr Fareed who was earlier accused of sexually harassing two women was charged by the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions with three counts of indecent assault today.

He was released on a $1000 bail bond by Chief Magistrate Usaia Ratuvili and ordered not to reoffend or interfere with prosecution witnesses.

The matter will be called again on February 25 for plea.
