THE new Miss Fiji 2019 is Miss Suva Jessica Fong.
Miss Fong will represent Fiji at the Miss South Pacific pageant in Papua New Guinea.
Miss Labasa Alitia Kautoga was crowned 1st Runner Up.
The 2nd Runner Up went to Miss Lautoka Crystal Kapoor, and 3rd Runner Up was awarded to Miss Ovalau Samantha Whippy.
The 4th Runner Up was awarded to Miss Nadi Kirisitiana Nauluwai.
In other categories judged earlier since Wednesday:
Best Sarong – Miss Whippy;
Best Talent – Miss Nauluwai;
Best Traditionally-inspired attire – Miss Kautoga;
Best Research Paper – Miss Fong;
Miss Personality – Miss Sigatoka Cema Bolawaqatabu.
Fourteen contestants took part in this year’s three-day Miss Fiji Pageant 2019, and they represented the municipalities around the country.
