THE Fiji National Provident Fund has unveiled its $30.5 million Nadi Retail Centre.

Building completion is targeted for February 2020 with full opening expected around mid-2020.

The FNPF board terminated the contract of its initial contract in December 2018 for breach of contract. Rod Bradley was appointed as construction manager in January 2019.

The complex, in the heart of Nadi Town, consists of three levels of retail connected by two escalators, elevators and is fully airconditioned.

Expression of interests have been received from 38 business entities, including supermarket, restaurants and mixed retail shops.

The target is to offer different shopping experience for customers in the West all under one roof, said FNPF.

Tenancy will be finalised in the coming weeks to allow more time for tenants to design their fit-out before to completion of building.
