THE 2018 Fiji Primary Schools Athletics Association (FPSAA) FMF National Chow Games is expected to be better than the past games.

FPSAA secretary Patrick Bower said new additions to next month’s tournament included the use of an international sports commentator alongside local media personnel, the introduction of live streaming of the games, and air and sea transportation of some athletes to the North games.

Bower received a $10,000 cheque from Pacific Energy today to help run the games.

The tournament will be split into two because of transportation costs.

The Viti Levu games will be held at the ANZ Stadium in Suva from November 16-17 – a day after the 2018 General Election.

The Vanua Levu games will be in Taveuni from December 9-10.
