Five nominees for 2019 Vodafone/Fiji FA Popular Footballer of the Year award

THE Fiji Football Association has nominated five players for the 2019 Vodafone/Fiji FA Popular Footballer of the Year award.

According to Fiji FA, Labasa goalkeeper and captain Akuila Mateisuva and Siotame Kubu together with Suva’s Filipe Baravilala, Nadi’s Jeshal Kumar and Vodafone national U16,U19 and senior women team and Tailevu Naitasiri rep Adi Litia Bakaniceva will contest for the award.

The 2019 Vodafone/Fiji FA awards night will take place on March 14 at a venue yet to be confirmed.

The winner will be decided by public voting which will start soon.
