Fire destroys two houses

TWO houses were completely destroyed by fire in Kashmir, Lautoka, at around midday today.

The blaze, which was believed to have started from a bedroom in one house, allegedly spread and completely engulfed the neighbouring structure within hours.

According to neighbours ,one of the houses was empty while the second was occupied. No serious injuries were reported.

Investigations into the incident have begun.
