TWO dormitories at the Islamic Institute in Sabeto, Nadi, were completely destroyed by fire at midday yesterday.
According to eyewitnesses, the fire destroyed more than 50 beds in the two buildings.
Police say quick action by authorities prevented the blaze to spread to the mosque.
Investigations into the incident have begun.
