CREDIT Corporation (Fiji ) Limited and its staff in partnership with the Fiji Cancer Society (FCS) organised the biggest morning tea in Suva today.
Company general manager Lending Jason Chandra said the funds they would raise this year would be directed towards more awareness campaigns by the Society.
“The company and its staff have been actively involved in corporate social responsibility activities and this event is a way of giving back to the community that we operate in,” Mr Chandra said.
He said the company believed that becoming an advocate helped in making a difference in the lives of patients and their families.
More than 50 people attended the event.
