Fijians invited to be part of birthday celebration

WE have to pass peace and compassion and live happily with everybody in the country.

This was the message of Fiji Muslim League President Hafiz Khan for Prophet Muhammed’s birthday, which will be celebrated around the country tomorrow, November 19, 2018.

Mr Khan has invited the people to be part of their national celebration at Churchill Park in Lautoka tomorrow whereby lunch will be provided.

Mr Khan said throughout this month there will be celebrations and different branches will have their individual celebrations.

He has encouraged people to come tomorrow to partake in the celebration and listen to the international and local speakers.

The chief guest for the event is International Islam Scholar Sheik Saqib Iqbal from United Kingdom.

The celebrations are scheduled from 10am to 1pm.
