Fijiana 7s coach and former Fiji rugby rep Saiasi Fuli is back in his old uncanny form in preparing for the Japan Olympic Games.

The former Fiji 15s and 7s halfback is bent on keeping his pool oppositions from France, Canada and Brazil guessing for the Tokyo games.

Fuli named his squad last week which included three travelling reserves.

He has kept his combinations and tactics close to his chest after losing two key players to injury after the PacificAust Sports Oceania Sevens in Australia a fortnight ago.

“It’s sad to mention that two of our key players Vani Buleki and Luisa Tisolo were not considered due to serious injuries,” said Fuli.

Fuli boasts the inclusion of two former Fijiana 7s skippers and Olympians Rusila Nagasau and Rejieli Daveua.

The Fijiana 7s side is managed by former Fiji journalist Vela Naucukidi.

Fijiana 7s squad:
Rusila Nagasau (Cpt), Rejieli Daveua, Sesenieli Donu, Vasiti Solikoviti, Reapi Uluinasau, Tokasa Seniyasi, Viniana Riwai, Ana Naimasi, Aloesi Nakoci, Laisana Likuceva. Roela Radiniyavuna, Lavena Cavuru.
Travelling reserves: Lavenia Tinai, Ana Maria Roqica, Rejieli Uluinayau.
