High school teacher Kishore Kumar is still being questioned by the Fiji Police Force for his alleged personal attacks against National Federation Party member Lenora Qereqeretabua.
This was confirmed by Police spokesperson Ana Naisoro to Fiji Times Online this morning.
The social media commentator was taken into custody by Police on Tuesday night.
Ms Naisoro said Police could not give a definite timeframe of when the questioning would finish.
A Facebook account that appeared to belong to Mr Kumar had allegedly attacked Ms Qereqeretabua by making public postings to embarrass her with references to pornography and immorality, and had also referred to her as a “porn star”.
Mr Kumar has been suspended in the meantime and has also been confirmed to be still on full pay pending investigations.
