Fijian Drua downs NSW Eagles

THE Fiji Airways Drua side thumped NSW Eagles 48-7 in the National Rugby Championship in Suva this afternoon.

It was another impressive performance by the Senirusi Seruvakula coached side scoring four tries in each each half.

Serupepeli Vularika, Eremasi Radrodro, Albert Tuisue and Aporosa Tabualawaki scored a try each as the Drua led 24-7 at the break.

Apisalome Vota scored a double coming off the bench while Levani Kurumudu scored one and Tabualawaki added another for their fourth win of the season.

Vularika was sin binned in the first spell.

The Drua will now face Canberra Vikings in its next match at Lautoka’s Churchill Park next Saturday.
