Nadi-based tourism transport operator Tewaka has been appointed as the official transport provider for the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua team for the 2023 season.
Fijian Drua CEO Mark Evans said Tewaka was a respected Fijian brand and transport operator and they were pleased to partner with them for the second consecutive year.
“The Fijian Drua operates and competes at the highest international level of professional rugby through the Super Rugby competition and it is critical that we align our partners who share the same passion and values of quality and professionalism,” he said.
Evans added he was pleased to welcome Tewaka to the Fijian Drua Vuvale and was confident the Drua players, management and supporters were in capable hands with the transport operator.
Tewaka managing director James Sowane said they were honoured with the opportunity to extend their services to the Fijian Drua.
“We are most humbled to be invited to the Drua Vuvale for the second consecutive year and we are committed to delivering our award-winning transport services that is expected of us,” Sowane added.
The transport operator is renowned for its quality fleet and professional transport services for the past 24 years in Fiji’s tourism industry.
