Fiji women’s hockey goes down to Poland in first pool match

THE Fiji Women’s Hockey team lost out in their first pool match against Poland at the International Hockey Federation series in Hiroshima, Japan.

The team suffered a 6-0 loss with a steady nil-all at half time.

Poland is currently ranked 23 while Fiji is ranked 44 in the World Women’s table ranking.

Their next match will be against Uruguay at 7pm local time.
