Fijian politician Salote Radrodro has been convicted by the Anti-Corruption Division of the High Court in Suva today.
Radrodro was found guilty of one count of giving false information to a public servant and one count of obtaining a financial advantage.
The matter of the now former Opposition MP was called before Justice Dr Thushara Kumarage.
In his judgment, Justice Kumarage said while she claimed Namulomulo Village as her forever home, Parliament required her permanent address.
He also said she maintained her home at Tacirua because that was where she lived permanently.
Radrodro was found guilty and convicted of both counts.
The matter will be called again next Tuesday for sentencing submissions.
