The Fiji Football Association is in the process of verifying all the player transfers for the 2023 season.

The first transfer window for the season closed two days ago.

Former Labasa, Rewa, and national team midfielder Ilisoni Tuinawaivuvu Logavou has applied for his transfer from Rewa to Nasinu.

Digicel Junior Bula Boys reps Mohammed Raheem, Gulam Rasool, Samuela Navoce and Labasa striker Ratu Anare have applied for their transfer release to join Ba.

Former Rewa and Navua goalkeeper Senirusi Bokini has applied for a transfer to re-join Lautoka.

Fiji FA chief executive officer Mohammed Yusuf said there was a seven-day verification period.

“So the players who have applied for transfers their requests are in the verifying process,” Yusuf said.

“Within seven days we will compile a list of which transfers are complete, those that are pending and those that are rejected.”

Players whose transfers are confirmed will have to spend at least one year with their new team.

The next transfer window will be in June.
