Fiji Drua leads Canberra Vikings at half time

THE Fiji Airways Drua is in a convincing lead against the Canberra Vikings 33-14 in the first spell of their National Rugby Championship (NRC) encounter at Lautoka’s Churchill Park this afternoon.

The Vikings were the first to put points on the scored board with a try to Len Ikitau in the 10th minute of the game.

Apisalome Waqatabu however replied with the Drua’s first try of the match in the 13th minute and also converted his try.

He scored a double in the 26th minute of the game.

Other tries for the Drua came from Levani Kurumudu, Aporosa Tabulawaki and Alivereti Veitokani.
