The Fiji Airways Fiji 7s team preparation for the PacificAus Sports Oceania 7s is on track.

Coach Gareth Baber, in an interview with the Fiji Rugby Union in Australia, said the facilities provided are being made use of efficiently.

“We have a half pitch to train on and a gym, a meeting room. So the flow of what we do is very similar,” he said.

Baber added there are some challenges being faced but the team had adjusted well.

“We have had to adjust some of our trainings because of the size of the pitch that we are operating on. But that’s god for us. It’s a good challenge.”

Baber also thanked Queensland Government for the assistance.

The Oceania 7s will be played from June 25-27.
