FIFA president Gianni Infantino has sent his condolences to Fiji Football as messages of sympathy continue to poor in over the passing of late administrator doctor Mohammed Shamsu Dean Sahu Khan.
“It was with sadness and emotion that I learned the death of the former Fiji Football president Dr.Sahu Khan,” Infantino said.
“Words seem inadequate for the sadness we feel over this loss.”
Infantino wrote on behalf of the international football community to express gratitude on the work done for Fiji Football by Dr Sahu Khan.
“His commitment and dedication, legacy and achievements will be engraved in our memories and he will be truly missed.”
“I wish to extend our deepest sympathy to the Fiji Football Association and Dr Sahu Khan’s family, friends and loved ones, our thoughts are with all of you.”
“We hope that these memories and our words of support may help bring some peace and solace at this difficult time.”
