A 49-year-old father and his 21-year-old son both of whom are accused of rape appeared before High Court judge Justice Daniel Goundar today.
Both men are charged separately with a count each of rape.
State lawyer Saif Shah told the court that the victim in the matter was the 20-year-old daughter and sister of the accused persons.
The alleged offences occurred in 2018 in Nasinu.
Mr Shah sought time to file information and disclosures in the matter.
Both men have been remanded.
The case has been adjourned to June 29 for bail hearing.
