A 56-YEAR-OLD farmer who allegedly stabbed his wife on Friday and later attempted suicide, died at the Sigatoka Hospital yesterday.
Police spokeswoman Ana Naisoro said the suspect and victim were admitted at the Sigatoka Hospital.
“However, the suspect died yesterday morning,” Ms Naisoro said.
“A post mortem examination will be conducted to ascertain the cause of death.
“The victim remains admitted in hospital.”
