TICKETS for the upcoming Investec Super Rugby fixture between the BNZ Crusaders and the Gallagher Chiefs are selling fast. Rugby fans are urged to buy their tickets early to avoid any disappointments.
Fiji Sports Council (FSC) chief executive officer Litiana Loabuka made this statement regarding the ticket sales for the much awaited fixture.
“Tickets sales are going very well unlike last year the ticket sales started to pick up right towards the end whereas this time from day one when we announced the tickets were on sale back on February 23, people were coming in to buy it straightaway,” Loabuka said.
“One thing we noticed, I think last year they didn’t realise that ticket would go so fast but as for this time around people are actually buying rows not just companies but individuals as well.
“We don’t want anyone to turn up in May and say ‘Oh we did not know that the tickets were on sale.”
She said it would not be a good idea for people leaving it to the last minute in buying their tickets.
The Super Rugby match will be on May 19 at the ANZ Stadium, Laucala Bay, Suva.
