While excitement for the Vodafone Fiji Bati vs New Zealand clash has intensified, I am glad that our warriors have received a hearty welcome in Wellington amid news that the Fijian community has planned to meet at the Wellington Civic Square before marching to the Regional Stadium, also known as the Westpac Stadium, for the exhilarating clash.
The Bati will need the 14th man if they are to kill the spirits of the Kiwis.
The Tongan supporters played a pivotal role in their team’s historic win.
If our band of supporters can get their support rolling, then our powerhouse side is going to create a zoom and create havoc for the hosts.
When the team landed in New Zealand, a huge crowd braved the chilly conditions to greet the boys.
Those with Fiji at heart definitely lifted the team’s spirits.
As we count hours to our first battle against the Kiwis, fans need to remember the boys in our prayers.
When the heart and mind are willing to win, nothing stops the body from conquering the enemy!
