Escott Shield: Defending champs advance to semis

DEFENDING champions and Escott Shield holders Police Blues advanced to the semi-finals beating Savura Rugby Club 33-3 at Bidesi Park today.

In the Koroturaga grade, cup holders Nasinu Rugby Club held off a valiant Draunivau Sharks 12-9 to advance to the next round of elimination.

Suva Rugby Union (SRU) Secretary Paula Raqeukai stated the competition has moved up another level as it makes its way to the climax.
