ENHANCING customer knowledge on its ICT products and services is what Datec Fiji Ltd aims to do and this time the company plans to introduce a software which will enable general merchandise retailers improve visibility across the entire supply chain.
In its bid to raise awareness among its customers and buyers of this new product, the company held a seminar for industry professionals on its partner Epicor’s enterprise resourcing products (ERP) and the value they would bring to the Fiji market.
Datec Fiji marketing co-ordinator Jignasha Hansji said the seminar was held at the Holiday Inn Suva yesterday.
Ms Hansji said Datec planned to introduce Epicor’s retail and manufacturing software in the local market which would enable general merchandise retailers improve visibility across the entire supply chain and deliver a superior experience to store personnel and customers.
According to Datec, Epicor Retail Solutions are designed to meet the evolving merchandise and service expectations of today’s cross-channel shoppers and the business requirements of the most demanding retail environments, with rapid return on investment, low cost of ownership, and a single point of accountability.
Datec has partnered with Epicor in the past years and have successfully implemented major projects throughout Fiji.
Datec software consultants have gone through Epicor based financial training to upskill their knowledge and these consultants are fully trained to implement Epicor ERPs with full support from Epicor senior consultants.
