Elimination rounds intensify

The 2023 Burger King Bula Business House will see tough competition in the elimination rounds next week.
Tournament organiser Alan Kumar of Tuwai Investment Pte Ltd said teams such as Police was laced with district and national reps.
The Ministry of Education team, also has former national reps, BSP, Carpenters Fiji Ltd, Rooster Ashabhai, Fiji Dairy Ltd, PWC, NDPL, these teams have topped their pool games.
“Teams are coming well prepared, and the momentum of the competition has picked up. We have seen that all the teams mean business and are playing equally as others,” he said.
“I would like to thank Burger King as our Major Sponsor, Guardforce Fiji, LICI, NPDL, Pernix Fiji Pte Ltd, Unique Rubber Stamp, Sports World, and Fanatic Photography for sponsoring this competition. We had eight pools of four teams playing one round of pool games. The tournament started on a slow pace but after the second pool games all the teams got adjusted to playing indoor and then the competition level has intensified.”
“Now it’s hard to predict anyone as favorites as all are competitive.”
The elimination round will be played on May 26 at the FMF Gymnasium in Laucala Bay, Suva.
