MANIFESTOS and policy platforms for political parties can only be relevant when the Fiji Labour Party government returns genuine parliamentary democracy and the rule of law.
These were the words of FLP leader Mahendra Chaudhry during the launch of their manifesto in Suva on Thursday.
Mr Chaudhry said the coming election was crucial for all Fijians. “Unless we return democracy, unless we return the rule of law, the economy will continue to struggle,” he said.
He said Fiji stood at the crossroads and the choice people make on November 14 would determine the future of this nation.
