Eight people escaped their burning home at Naseuvou St in Lami last night when a fire broke out while they were asleep.
Police said this afternoon that the five bedroom wooden house belonging to a 30-year-old man was completely destroyed in the blaze.
It reported nil casualties saying all occupants who were asleep managed to escape when the incident occurred.
No other details were provided at this stage.
Police reported the damage was estimated to be $200,000.
Investigations are now continuing to determine the cause of the fire.
