EFL activates mobile short code to lift customer services

A MOBILE short code has been introduced by the Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) to improve their customer services to members of the public.
And acting EFL chief executive Bobby Naimawi said their mobile short code 5333 is part of their overall strategy to improve customer services at EFL, where they remain accessible to their customers when they needed assistance.
“The four digit number ensures that our customers will find it easier to remember and, therefore, will be able to get in touch with EFL in a timely manner,” Mr Naimawi said.
“We are happy to continuously implement systems that are convenient and easy for our customers. Our valued customers are currently using 132 333 to contact us, which will continue.
“Mobile users can now call EFL by dialing 5333 to lodge complaints, billing enquiries, alert on emergencies and check on any EFL related information. The mobile short code 5333 is available 24 hours and seven days a week.”
The mobile short code connectivity is now offered to Vodafone, Digicel and Innk users, and normal mobile to mobile rates apply.
