MINISTER for Education, Heritage and Arts Rosy Akbar has extended her well wishes to all schools participating in the finals of the Vodafone Super Deans to be held at Lawaqa Park today.

Ms Akbar said she had taken much interest and was present at the quarter-finals.

“Your principal’s heart was in his mouth so I had to remind him to calm down, it’s only a game but I also know it’s not only a game for you, it’s a matter of pride,” she said.

Ms Akbar is also requesting the schools participating to ensure fair play and a show of discipline on the field.

“I’d also like to encourage your supporters as well to ensure that the games are carried out successfully at Lawaqa Park.

“I’d like to wish all other schools the very best because you not only represent your schools but you represent the Ministry and Fiji.”
