Eat right and exercise

Self-care is an important aspect of loving yourself and appreciating your flaws. Eating healthy, exercising and drinking lots of water should be an everyday program because non-communicable disease is no joke.

Jed Taylor — a contemporary and aerial dancer by profession dances for the Oceania Dance Theatre based at The University of the South Pacific’s Laucala campus, shares that being physically well is important because you are what you eat.

“I love food and I love to eat, but I always have to ensure I eat healthy and in moderate amounts,” he said.
