Eastern Blues trio Fiji Bati halfback Penioni Tagituimua, Mesake Kurikitoga and Amini Siga have recovered from injury and will rejoin the Blues camp for game two of the Vanua State of Origin tri-series.

Blues coach Vula Dakuitoga said the returning players would boost the sides bid to clamp the series.

“Penioni, Mesake and Amini have recovered well from their injuries and will return to the squad when we march into camp next month,” Dakuitoga said.

“Their return gives us more options, and we’re looking forward to game two.”

The Blues will march into camp next month.

Game two of the Vanua State of Origin will be held on October 17 at Churchill Park in Lautoka.
