There has been a lot said about e-ticketing.
The Fiji Bus Operators Association had given thumbs up with government’s collaboration.
Of course the bus drivers will be trained on how to operate user-friendly machines and its application but, a question arises when: what happens if the drivers do not know how to fix some frequent errors or the e-ticketing machine stops working because of electrical problems or passengers board in but like to leave. How will the refund or cancelling the valid boarded e-ticket work?
What happens if passengers are willing to pay through the e-ticket but the machine is not working or giving generated errors?
I hope all trial and error can be sorted about before drivers and passengers become frustrated.
