Duo charged with aggravated robbery to front High Court

TWO men who allegedly robbed two doctors and a receptionist at the Nadera Medical Centre on Monday had their case transferred to the Suva High Court.
Maika Tovagone and Assela Naureure appeared before Magistrate Charles Ratakele at the Nasinu Magistrates Court yesterday.
The two men, both in their 20’s have been charged with one count each of aggravated robbery. Mr Tovagone and Mr Naureure with others stomped into the medical centre and stole $100 cash and assorted items worth $590. The duo also robbed assorted items all to the total value of $291 from the health centre’s receptionist.
They have been further remanded in custody and will reappear in court on August 30.
