Drinkers face exile

AS we head into the festive season there is bound to be a lot of merrymaking, including parties which may include alcoholic beverages.

Quite often religious leaders, other stakeholders including the Fiji Police Force have been advising members of the public to drink sensibly and moderately.

If you drink, do not drive, if you drive, do not drink and to always know your limits.

But for one village on Kadavu, if you are ever caught drinking, this could result in termination of your contract of employment and exile from the village.
