THE Drasa Avenue School team is confident of a good outing at this year’s Fiji National Schools Swimming Championship.

After winning three gold medals at last year’s competition the sugar city students are hopeful of winning more gold medals this weekend.

A total of 18 swimmers will fly the school flag at the two-day competition against the best swimmers from other participating primary schools.

Coach Peni Vasuca said the target was to win more than four gold medals.

He said the tournament would best expose their new talents.

The youngest swimmer representing the school is a Year 2 student.
