Members of the public were treated to the festive cheer yesterday to celebrate the lighting of Fiji’s biggest Christmas tree at Damodar City in Suva by Digicel.

There was a special appearance by Santa and lots of excitement for children with free candy floss, popcorn and face painting with Christmas gift giveaways.

And of course entertainment from a Christmas choir, live music from Fiji’s Vude Queen Laisa Vulakoro, well-known local musician Elijah and the Vou dance group.
