Delegation meets the Resnicks

Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka welcomed the chance to meet with FIJI Water owners Stewart Resnick and his wife Lynda Resnick for the first time, earlier last week in Los Angeles.

During the meeting Mr Rabuka heard from Mr Resnick about his Wonderful Company’s global operations including some of FIJI Water’s future expansion plans, as well as agriculture, marketing and philanthropy.

The $US6 billion ($F13.3b) Wonderful Company is the parent company for FIJI Water as well as other subsidiaries such as Wonderful Pistachios, Wonderful Halos, Wonderful Seedless Lemons, POM Wonderful, JUSTIN, Landmark, and JNSQ wines.

Mr Rabuka and his delegation which included acting permanent representative to the UN Lt Colonel Filipo Tarakinikini and the permanent secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office Pita Wise also met senior executives of FIJI Water and was later welcomed to a dinner by the Resnicks.
