BOLLYWOOD actress Ileana D’Cruz is returning to Fiji as part of a campaign to promote Fiji to the India market.
A statement from Tourism Fiji stated that following a successful travelogue that was filmed in Fiji last year in partnership with Times of India, Tourism Fiji and Fiji Airways, the young performer has continued to positively promote Fiji on her social media channels.
It stated that the actress loved Fiji that she promised to return to see more of what Fiji has to offer.
“I’m so excited about going to Fiji again! The beautiful beaches, the wonderful weather, and the warm hospitality of the lovely Fijians, can’t wait to experience it all again,” she said.
Minister for Industry, Trade, Tourism, Lands and Mineral Resources Faiyaz Koya, said Fiji was looking forward to welcoming the famous actress again.
“Fiji has obviously touched Ileana’s heart and we look forward to welcome her again to help showcase the best of our home to one of Fiji’s growing market of India,” he said.
D’Cruz will be in Fiji from June 3-11.
